Delete your Agent Cowork account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
In the phone app
Open Settings, tap Delete account and confirm.
On the web
Sign in at agentcowork.net, open Settings, then Account, choose Delete account and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.
By email
Write to support@agentcowork.net from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We do it within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your email, name and profile picture; your sign-ins, sessions, API keys and paired devices; your saved conversations and their messages; your files, images, skills, memory and connected services; and your support tickets. Usage and billing records are kept for accounting, with nothing left on them that identifies you.
If a paid plan is still running, cancel it first in Settings, or ask us by email to cancel it for you. The full details are in the privacy policy.
