Terms of service
Effective 2 September 2026. These terms cover the Agent Cowork desktop app and the agentcowork.net service.
What you get. A paid plan gives you a monthly allowance of model usage, measured in tokens and priced per token. Allowances do not roll over. Rolling 5-hour, weekly and monthly limits apply so that a single burst cannot spend the month; they are stated on the pricing page.
Cancelling and refunds. Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We refund the current period in full if you ask within 7 days of a first payment and have used less than 10% of the allowance. Otherwise payments are non-refundable.
Your key, your responsibility. API keys are bearer credentials: anyone holding one can spend your allowance. Keep them private. Revoke a key from the dashboard the moment you suspect it has leaked.
Acceptable use. No sharing or reselling of keys, no automated bulk use that is not your own work, nothing illegal. We may suspend an account that breaks this, with the reason shown in the app.
The model provider. Paid plans run on third-party models through our gateway. The provider applies its own content policy; a refused request is not a fault of the service.
